This year, I hope to help us journey through the Bible intentionally and in a way that will impact our Christian walk. The main goal of the Bible is to reveal truths about God - things He's done, promises He's made, and who He is. Therefore, the goal of reading the Bible is to spend time learning about and hearing from God. It is the primary way that God speaks to His people - I just want us to be listening for Him.
We will not hit every book and every passage, but we will hit 37 key passages in Scripture that will help us understand the arc of the Bible and God's Plan of Redemption. If you're doing a Bible reading plan, don't worry - reading 4 more chapters of the Bible each week won't push you over the edge. All it takes is a little intentionality.
